More than 200.000 People of Tomorrow celebrated across 16 mesmerizing stages

Monday, 24 July 2023 - The first weekend of Tomorrowland madness has ended… Dutch superstar Martin Garrix just closed out the magical Mainstage, while Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike and Steve Aoki joined forces for a spectacular performance as 3 Are Legend at The Library. With more than 200.000 People of Tomorrow coming together during the first weekend to celebrate and dance across 16 mesmerizing stages, the second weekend is just a couple of days away!

Mainstage magic
The last day of weekend 1 kicked off with a beautiful Daybreak Session by Dutch master Franky Rizardo. Other notable Mainstage acts on Sunday included Da Tweekaz, La Fuente, Lost Frequencies, Korolova, Martin Garrix, Nina Kraviz, Timmy Trumpet, Vintage Culture and Yves Deruyter.

Harder styles by Q-dance
Q-dance took control of the Freedom stage on Sunday with all things hardstyle and hardcore, including performances by Belgian power woman MANDY and much more.

The return of Black Coffee
The unique and beautiful scenery of Tomorrowland was also home to numerous melodic house & techno artists, live techno acts and purveyors of the deeper sounds. The final day of the first weekend saw the return of Grammy Award winning South African artist Black Coffee, performing at the Atmosphere stage alongside his son and fellow DJ Sona.

, the record label founded by Belgian brothers Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, hosted The Library on Sunday with guests like Bassjackers, DJ Diesel, Joel Corry, John Newman, Quintino and more.

Still abuzz from this weekend’s adventures, here’s a quick look at what’s coming in the next days before the madness of the second weekend of Tomorrowland kicks off:

  • Tomorrowland aims to involve the neighbors as much as possible. Following many years of tradition, the Tomorrowland Neighborhood Party is taking place on Wednesday July 26, welcoming more than 15.000 neighbors to gather at the festival grounds of De Schorre in between the two festival weekends.
  • Love Tomorrow Conference: sustainability platform Love Tomorrow is organizing the second edition of the Love Tomorrow Conference on Thursday July 27. This unique experience unfolds across five stages of Tomorrowland, exploring sustainability, technology, health, music, fashion and more, featuring 35 inspiring speakers (including Rutger Bregman, Thomas Ermacora, Khaliya, Louie Schwartzberg, Jason Silva, Zach Bush and many more) who will share insights, workshops and keynotes for a sustainable lifestyle, as well as special DJ sets by Joris Voorn and Ida Engberg.
