Sunday, 30 July 2023 - The second day of Tomorrowland’s 17th edition’s second weekend has come to an end. A magical day full of highlights and special moments, here’s a quick look at what the People of Tomorrow got to enjoy throughout the opening day and night.

Mainstage magic
Kicking off the day at the Mainstage in style, Laidback Luke played a special ‘Wayback Luke’ Daybreak Session, while Q-dance took over shortly after with their spectacular Warrior Workout. Making his debut at the Mainstage: British singer, songwriter & producer John Newman – who has collaborated with the likes of David Guetta, Calvin Harris and Rudimental – jumped behind the decks for a unique DJ/live hybrid performance with a mix of live vocals, live mixing and beat triggering. More incredible performances at the Mainstage were brought by Armin van Buuren, Carola, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Goodboys, NERVO, Steve Aoki, Tale Of Us and Yves V & Regi.

The Symphony of Unity
The DJ booth of the Atmosphere stage was once again handed over to 50 live musicians to perform the Symphony of Unity, composed specially for Tomorrowland – bringing a magical performance in which classical and electronic music was united and transformed into an unprecedented show. The orchestra’s performance was mesmerizing for the audience, with a unique live mix between the all-time and most iconic electronic Tomorrowland anthems and magical classical music such as the Tomorrowland Hymn.

Boris Brejcha in concert
German legend Boris Brejcha immersed visitors of the magnificent Freedom Stage in his unique and captivating world of mesmerizing beats and astounding visual spectacles.

Shaq’s Bass All Stars
Former NBA legend Shaquille O’Neal, also known as DJ Diesel, took the Youphoria stage to the next level with his Shaq’s Bass All Stars hosting, inviting artists like 12th Planet, Crankdat, Jessica Audiffred, Koven and many more to play highly energetic sets.

CORE presents Honey Dijon
The magnificent CORE stage was co-hosted by Grammy Award-winning DJ, producer and fashion icon Honey Dijon. One of Tomorrowland’s most unique stages, tucked away in the festival’s enchanting forests surrounded by nature and deeper sounds, welcomed performances by Capoon, Floorplan, Holographic, Major League DJz, Mosley Jr and more.

Bonzai Records
One of Belgium’s most iconic dance labels Bonzai Records got the chance to host The Rose Garden, treating festivalgoers to performances by some of the scene’s most legendary artists, including DJ Ghost, Franky Jones, Furax, Jan Vervloet, PUSH and many more.
