Friday, 26 July 2024 - People of Tomorrow from all corners of the world have made it to the first day of the second weekend of Tomorrowland’s special 20-year anniversary edition in Boom, Belgium. Tomorrowland’s magic is made in large part by its stages. As you will have noticed by now, there’s never a dull moment as you switch between styles such as big room, (hard) techno, psytrance, house, drum & bass, and hardstyle in front of varying backdrops. What’s more, the stages are always a visual fit to the walls of sound they host. Everything, in other words, is taken care of when it comes to the best settings for dancing. And just in case you missed something so far, here’s a tour of all stages.

‘LIFE’ Mainstage
​The ‘LIFE’ Mainstage is the undisputed centerpiece of Tomorrowland Belgium 2024, the ine all People of Tomorrow are always most excited to see. For this year’s theme, Tomorrowland returns to the realm of ‘Elixir of Life’ (2016) – a story set in the mythical realm of Silvyra. It’s a world unto its own, filled with creatures, plant life, and people living in harmony, each with their own stories, with the diversity of Silvyra’s lush nature represented in the ‘LIFE’ Mainstage. In typical Tomorrowland fashion and following many years of tradition, the Tomorrowland Belgium 2024 Mainstage is 100% crafted in-house at Tomorrowland, from idea to realization. For over 2 years from first sketches to production, Tomorrowland’s in-house creative department worked tirelessly with passion and dedication to bring the magical stage to life.

CORE
​After a series of spectacular shows in Tulum and Medellín, the new CORE stage has made its way back to Tomorrowland’s enchanting forests in De Schorre. Surrounded by nature and deeper sounds, the impressive new stage welcomes performances by Bonobo, Denis Sulta, Dixon, DJ Heartstring, Eliza Rose, HAAi, Marlon Hoffstadt, Shanti Celeste, The Blessed Madonna, TSHA, and many more. It’s a setting that will, with its verdant greens, complete your rediscovery of the forgotten harmony of all living things. Here, the rhythm of creation will lead you into the eternal dance of existence.

Planaxis
​The all-new Planaxis stage, where a giant conch and lavish fountains invite you to soak in the glory of the City of Planaxis, the theme of Tomorrowland 2018. A cool breeze blows over the small hills on which dancers and onlookers can enjoy sets by Mind Against, Mahmut Orhan, Brina Krauss, and many others. Here, people become more aware of their deep connection to the original source of life – water. And it’s here that the appreciation for the beauty of the oceans will surely wash over you like a wave.

Freedom Stage
​The Freedom Stage is a technical feat of epic proportions. Armed with a massive LED backdrop, giant dragonflies, and spotlights scanning the room for happy ravers’ faces, this is an unparalleled experience.

Crystal Garden
​Smoke on the water at the Crystal Garden! If there ever was an enchanted swamp worth visiting, it would be this magnificent piece of floating art. Drifting on the water and steaming on all sides, it oozes eclectic beats and enticing sounds. The hosting partners this year only add to the excitement of it all. Steaminess is guaranteed.

Melodia
​The new Melodia stage is only a short walk away from Planaxis. Here you can let yourself be charmed by the sounds of the harp that signifies the Secret Kingdom of Melodia, the theme of Tomorrowland 2015. Feel its energy take you by the hand, and enjoy Mediterranean and Latin house vibes.

Atmosphere
​The Atmosphere is a massive indoor stage filled with all the top-notch artists your techno heart could ever desire. The custom-made tent structure caters to thousands of dedicated party people and has an immense backline of LED screens to further ignite the explosive dance floor. This stage is about techno in all of its relentless shapes.

House of Fortune
​The brand-new House of Fortune is where imagination and music converge in a magical universe, so it only makes sense for artists to kickstart their rise to the stars here – Tomorrowland’s one and only stage you can literally enjoy from all sides. In front of the booth, behind the booth, anywhere: dance wherever you want to dance to the music by the stars of tomorrow. While you dance, remember to look out for Raya, queen of illusions, as she unveils insights in futures and aspirations.

The Library
​The Library is where you indulge in wisdom, surrounded by the giant books strewn all around the stage. Their presence is enough; there’s no need to read the pages. The Library is where DJs and performers fire their beats right at you as if they were poetry or literary fiction. The Library’s soundtrack throughout the weekend is a sweet and energetic mix of future house, big room, and even hardstyle.

The Rose Garden
​Feast your eyes on the Rose Garden and watch the giant dragon move her head as she watches over the dedicated party crowd, enjoying the wide variety of genres that call this stage home.

Elixir
​Built on the edge of the water, the Elixir stage is your safe haven for high-quality eclectic sounds. As you approach, the stage's mesmerizing theatrical decor casts a spell, drawing the People of Tomorrow closer with its magnetic allure. At the edge of its dancefloor, you’ll find yourself at a crossing and see so many beautiful faces floating by.

The Rave Cave
​One of the original Tomorrowland institutions you may not yet have heard of: The Rave Cave. Tomorrowland may have grown to be the ringleader of massive, epic, and larger-than-life festival experiences, but it will never cease to honor the roots of its musical success. The Rave Cave is the place to take you back to the original vibe of outdoor partying – back when all you needed to get down was a pair of speakers, a handful of dope-ass DJs, and a tunnel (aka the Rave Cave) to rave in. Climb down into the cozy dancefloor, take note of the future star playing the deck – just remember that Amelie Lens started her Tomorrowland career here – and let loose. This is a place to embrace your wild side and dance in ways that may even defy the conventions of nature.

Rise
​The Rise stage is nestled in green nature full of beautiful plants and summery vibes. The unique aspect of this stage lies in its dual role, as it not only showcases performances by renowned DJ stars but also serves as a platform for aspiring young DJ talents to showcase their skills through collaboration with the Tomorrowland Academy.

Cage
​At Cage, the darkness of clubs and warehouses is celebrated in full effect. The electronic music you’ll hear all over Tomorrowland emerged from such spaces across New York City and the Midwestern USA, before diverging into a plethora of new styles in the UK warehouse rave scene. The music today is a little different than back in the day, though. Cage is where you lose yourself to the sounds of modern techno, rave, and industrial hardcore DJs. If you love ultra-energetic vibes and rhythms, then Cage is where your friends will find you.

Portal to Paradise
​Another brand-new and secret stage! Find the Portal to Paradise by Tulum deep within the Holy Grounds of Tomorrowland! Follow the paperworld trails scattered throughout the festival site and don't miss out on this opportunity to explore and discover new realms within the festival.

Celebrating 20 years of Tomorrowland, Tomorrowland Belgium 2024 takes place across two weekends from July 19-21 and July 26-28. Opening up a new world in the beautiful scenery of De Schorre in Boom in the summer of 2024, the festival’s new theme ‘LIFE’ is the prequel of the 2016 ‘Elixir of Life’ theme.
